when I asked for you guys to create characters for me for a story I started? (Want a character based off of you in my story?)
Well, I never really worked on it but I am more, now, and I'll still work with the information you all gave me.
Anyway, in English we are creating stories and we're allowed to continue from something we wanted to turn into a story. I chose my story about the medieval people who live in kingdoms and have special powers because their blood is a different color. Lately my sister and I have gotten into it a little more-- she wants to help me, and I plan on creating a trilogy for this story. At least, I really would like to make a series.
It's great because we're taking steps to the final story. We wrote down tons of things about our main characters so we could get a picture of them in our mind. Then we were to create a two-page dialogue with conflict between our character and some person from a list. I chose to put Krea(my main character) up against a kidnapper, and I've reached page 4 : P It's a good thing he's letting me work on it longer than the due date. We've already started for the main story, which will basically continue my dialogue assignment.
Here's a little snippet from it
SuperColdSoda you're gonna like this-- pirates B)
Krea and her steed gain the distance behind the other rider. She extracts her right battle axe from her belt, holding it ready as she advances on the horse’s left flank. The man’s jeweled red bandana upon his head shows the mark of a well-known band of pirates— White Tongues, named to harass royals.
“Hey!” Krea shouts over the stinging wind. The man turns his head to her. “I think you forgot something.” Krea proceeds to knock him hard in the side of the head with the flat face of her weapon. The shocked rider loses his grip on the reins and slides off his horse, rolling on the ground. Moans of pain can be faintly heard from his mouth as he holds his head.
“Whoa, Mel, slow down.” Melorija lowers her speed to a walk at Krea’s command, turning around when the reins are pulled. The horse comes to a complete stop for the girl to dismount. Krea walks up to the man groaning on the dirt path, both axes displayed. She allows her shadow fall over his face so he can look her in the eyes.
“Did it really hurt that much?” She gives him a fake concerned look, leaning down towards him.
